Building on his entrepreneurial success, Victor founded Wellspring of Hope to channel business acumen into social impact. As CEO, he has grown the organization into a dynamic platform for advocacy, legal aid, education, and community development. His leadership ensures every project aligns with the mission to “give voice to the voiceless” and foster a more just society. Victor Gamua Feh embodies the integration of intellectual rigor, ethical entrepreneurship, and advocacy for human dignity. As CEO and founder of Wellspring of Hope—with a rich background in philosophy, law, arbitration, and global business—he stands as a powerful force for change, giving voice to the voiceless and working tirelessly to create a fairer world.

Vice President
is a dynamic and results-driven legal practitioner, widely recognized for his professionalism, cross-border expertise, and strategic legal insight. He is a Senior Advocate of the Rwandan Bar Association and has consistently delivered high-impact legal solutions for over three years across multiple jurisdiction se is a Partner at Graceland Law Firm, a reputable firm based in Limbe, Cameroon, where he plays a key role in leading complex client matters with precision and dedication.

Rwanda representative
is a committed advocate for social justice and community empowerment across Africa. As the Rwanda Country Representative of Wellspring of Hope, he leads the organization’s mission to promote access to justice, legal education, and inclusive civic participation for vulnerable populations. Through his leadership, Wellspring of Hope in Rwanda has become a platform for transformative action grounded in dignity, equity, and local engagement. Anselme is recognized for his ability to translate grassroots realities into impactful solutions, championing human rights and building pathways for sustainable change. He embodies a vision of ethical leadership committed to giving a voice to the voiceless and fostering a more just society.

Treasurer
Our CEO leades A BSc in conflict resolution from the university of Buea. hold a diploma in teaching and has a volunteer experience. Lydia worked with international rescue committee in child protection as a volunteer demonstrating community commitment with a dedication of making a positive community impact and seek opportunities for growth in conflict resolution.

Secretary General
Esq is a distinguished Cameroonian jurist and legal scholar, with a Master of Laws (LL.M) in International Law from the University of Buea. He is an Advocate, Solicitor, and Public Notary-in-Training at Covenant Law Firm in Buea-Cameroon, and with the Cameroon Bar Association. Alain's expertise spans various legal domains, including banking and finance law, corporate law, environmental law, and human rights advocacy. He also accomplished academic, having taught law courses at the University of Buea and A & H Institute of Health Management. Alain is a published author and has presented research on environmental crimes, legal freedoms, and other topics.

Treasurer
is the Founder of the FONDONG & PARTNERS Firm and leads its Commercial and Corporate Practice. With a strong track record in corporate governance, corporate finance, capital markets, and business law under OHADA, Ernest has advised numerous local and foreign companies on compliance, restructuring, and cross-border transactions. His expertise spans banking, labor and employment, real estate, mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, oil and gas, mining, and intellectual property. He is widely regarded as a versatile and practical legal expert in Cameroon’s corporate legal landscape. Before becoming an attorney, Ernest served as a Pupil Sheriff Bailiff at Jingwa Chambers in Buea, overseeing enforcement of court judgments, and later worked as a Human Rights Officer at Help Out Centre for Human Rights. He has also completed several specialized trainings in arbitration, ADR, project finance, and capital markets, further strengthening his capabilities as a dynamic and solution-oriented corporate lawyer.
